Banana Wine Fermentation Equipment Project Case Study
The client company operates a banana industrial park, with total investment exceeding RMB 200 million. These funds are allocated to the development of agricultural infrastructure, industry‑agriculture integration, scientific and technological research, information‑technology support, and the “Three Products and One Standard” agricultural initiative, aiming to establish Gaozhou as Guangdong’s premier banana production belt. Furthermore, the company seeks to establish Gaozhou bananas as a benchmark for the province’s distinctive, high‑value agricultural sector by refining and promoting an innovative cultivation and marketing model.
Banana pulp is prepared by peeling and pulping bananas. Using this pulp as the fermentation substrate, fermentation time, inoculum size, fermentation temperature, and initial sugar content are optimized through single-factor experiments. Following fermentation in a fermenter, the product is filtered to yield banana wine.
This project is for the client’s banana industrial park and includes key equipment such as blending tanks, large fermentation vessels, and sizable storage tanks—equipment designed for producing banana wine and fruit wines. During the collaboration, both parties completed equipment delivery and acceptance in July 2022. Throughout the warranty period, no malfunctions occurred.
