Disinfectant Production Line
I. Overview of the Disinfectant Production Line
Disinfectant is a liquid-form disinfectant. Disinfectants should possess characteristics such as a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity, strong germicidal efficacy, rapid action, and good stability.
Our company provides comprehensive solutions for disinfectant production lines, offering end-to-end services—from process design and factory layout to equipment design, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales support—customized to meet each client’s needs. By integrating cutting-edge international design principles and advanced automation technologies, we continuously refine our systems through practical production, manufacturing, and commissioning.
II. Operating Steps
Liquid feed enters the reactor through the top inlet, while solid feed (or slurry) is simultaneously charged into the vessel via the manway, under the protection of a dust collector.
Stirring and mixing are carried out; as the impeller rotates, the liquid material gradually blends with the powdered material (or slurry).
Once the material in the reactor reaches the specified requirements, open the bottom valve of the reactor to discharge the finished product into the finished-product tank.
The finished product is conveyed from the storage tank to the filling machine for bottling.
