These emulsifiers are available in three configurations: laboratory‑scale, pilot‑scale, and production‑scale. The high-shear dispersing and emulsifying machine integrates mixing, dispersion, particle size reduction, homogenization, and emulsification into a single unit, making it suitable for a wide range of operating conditions; it can also be equipped with mobile or stationary stands or platforms. It is widely employed in the chemical, food, biopharmaceutical, pigment, coating, and ink industries.

     

    Specifications

    The experimental specifications are: 5L, 10L.

    Pilot-scale models include: 30 L, 50 L.

    Production‑type specifications include: 100 L, 150 L, 200 L, 250 L, 350 L, 650 L, 850 L, 1,000 L, 1,300 L, 2,000 L, and others.

     

    Working principle:

    In the manufacturing processes of highly viscous emulsions—particularly creams, ointments, and lotions—the most common challenges are large particle sizes in the dispersed phase and the incorporation of air during mixing. Excessively large particles lead to unstable emulsions with a lack of luster, while entrapped air can cause bubbling, bacterial contamination, increased oxidation, and an uneven surface. To address these issues, Yikai has developed the ZJR series vacuum homogenizing and degassing units. These systems integrate the unique advantages of homogenizing agitators, central‑blade mixers, and wall‑scraping impellers, creating a scientifically optimized mixing approach that ensures perfect product blending. By employing vacuum extraction, the units prevent bubble formation during processing, enabling the production of high‑quality formulations that are glossy, finely textured, and highly pliable.

     

    Structure:

    The ZJR series vacuum homogenizing and emulsifying unit comprises an emulsification pot (with a liftable lid and a tilting pot body), a water bath, an oil bath, a vacuum system, a heating and temperature control system, a cooling system, and an electrical control system.

     

    Equipment Features:

    1. The machine features a well‑thought‑out design, a streamlined structure, and is equipped with brake‑equipped casters for flexible and convenient mobility.

    2. Featuring premium materials, it delivers lower noise and smoother operation, ensuring the highest quality of the entire machine.

    3. Suitable for small- and medium-volume production, saving space;

    4. Suitable for batch-type emulsifiers with a capacity of 15 kW or less;

    5. The frame may be finished with carbon steel painted in standard colors, or it can be custom‑finished with a polished stainless steel surface.
