Product Introduction
A double‑shaft reactor is a pressure vessel used to carry out chemical or physical reactions—such as mixing, hydrolysis, neutralization, defatting, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation—that occur during various process operations. Electrically heated reactors feature rapid heating, high‑temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygienic design, zero environmental pollution, automatic temperature control without the need for a boiler, and ease of operation. Double‑shaft reactors are equipped with an anchor‑type agitator system and a high‑speed shear dispersing disc, enabling simultaneous mixing and shearing of materials into fine particles to meet process requirements.
