Product Overview

Our company manufactures aseptic stainless steel storage tanks, which are widely used in dairy processing, food processing, brewing, fine chemical engineering, biopharmaceutical production, and water treatment, among other fields. These stainless steel tanks offer convenient operation, excellent corrosion resistance, high production capacity, easy cleaning, and effective shock absorption, making them essential equipment for storage and transportation in industrial processes. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, they can be fitted with either 316L or 304 grade materials for contact surfaces. The tanks are formed by deep drawing, feature seamless head-to-body welds with no dead corners, and undergo both internal and external polishing, fully complying with GMP standards.

Design Principles

(1) Storage tanks are classified as: vertical storage tanks and horizontal storage tanks, as well as single‑wall tanks, double‑wall tanks, and triple‑wall insulated tanks.

(2) The stainless steel storage tank is designed with a rational structure, advanced manufacturing processes, and automated control, fully complying with GMP standards. The tank body is available in vertical or horizontal configurations, with single- or double-layer construction, and can be fitted with insulation material upon customer request.

(3) Depending on the storage capacity, tanks range from 50 to 15,000 liters; for tanks with a capacity exceeding 20,000 liters, outdoor storage tanks are recommended. The tanks are fabricated from imported SUS304 stainless steel.

(4) The storage tank features excellent thermal insulation, and is equipped with the following accessories: a mixer, CIP cleaning spray nozzles, a manhole, a temperature probe port, a liquid level indicator, an air vent for microbial protection, a sterile sampling port, and inlet and outlet ports, among others.

The internal surfaces of the equipment are polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm, while the external surfaces are finished with a matte coating. The connections comply with internationally standard quick‑release clamp fittings. The manway is a DN200 quick‑open type. CIP components, including the cleaning balls, are made of SUS304. Process inlet and outlet ports, CIP ports, vent ports, and liquid level control interfaces are also provided.
