  • The titanium rod filter employs a sintered titanium‑powder filter element, which offers high filtration accuracy, excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, and superior mechanical strength. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, with a housing made of 316L or 304 stainless steel and compliant with GMP standards.

    It is primarily used for liquid–solid separation in industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.

     

    Filtration accuracy: 0.2–100 µm;

    Lengths available include: 5", 10", 20", 30", 40", and more.

    Diameter: 50 mm, 60 mm, 70 mm, etc.;

    Interface types include: plain end, spigot-and-socket (types 222, 226, and 227), threaded, and others.

     

    1. No particulate shedding and no contamination of the pharmaceutical solution, compliant with food hygiene and pharmaceutical GMP requirements.

    2. Resistant to high temperatures (300°C in a humid environment), resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with strong oxidation resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of environments.

    3. Low pressure drop, compact footprint, high flow rate; maximum flow can be achieved at 0.2 MPa.

    4. Excellent mechanical properties; suitable for both pressure filtration and vacuum filtration; easy to operate.

    5. High mechanical strength, excellent precision, capable of online regeneration, easy to clean, long service life, and can be used normally for more than 3 years.

    6. Excellent chemical stability; resistant to both acids and alkalis, and suitable for use over a wide pH range.

    7. Narrow pore size distribution and high separation efficiency.

    8. Exhibits strong antimicrobial activity, does not interact with microorganisms, and can be applied in the fields of bioengineering and medicine.
