Product Introduction
Vacuum concentration is a process in which the material is heated under reduced pressure, causing water to evaporate rapidly and continuously removing the resulting secondary steam, thereby progressively increasing the product’s concentration until it reaches the desired level. The equipment used to carry out this process is referred to as vacuum concentration equipment.

Product Structure
It consists of a spiral plate heat exchanger, a condenser, a liquid receiver, a storage tank, a spherical concentrator, an evaporation chamber, and other equipment.

Product Features
1. A wall-scraping rotary scraper is employed to continuously stir and agitate the liquid within the concentrator, ensuring uniform heating and preventing scorching or carbonization caused by prolonged localized heating, thereby guaranteeing product quality.
2. The spherical concentrator features a well‑designed structure and ample evaporation–separation space, which minimizes vapor–liquid entrainment and ensures a high product yield.
