With a distillation high-pressure reactor

The distillation‑equipped high‑pressure reactor features a thickened SUS316L vessel and serves as a pressure vessel for carrying out chemical or physical reactions—such as mixing, hydrolysis, neutralization, sulfidation, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation—that occur during various process operations. This equipment is equipped with a distillation collection system, enabling the recovery of distillate vapors generated during the reaction via a condenser.
  • Product Description
  • Product Introduction
The distillation‑equipped high‑pressure reactor features a thickened SUS316L vessel and is a pressure vessel designed to carry out chemical or physical reactions—such as mixing, hydrolysis, neutralization, sulfidation, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation—that occur during various process operations. This equipment is equipped with a distillation collection system, enabling the recovery of distillate vapors generated during the reaction via a condenser.

    Product Structure
The distillation-type high-pressure reactor consists of a vessel body, end caps, a sealing assembly, a heat-transfer system, a drive mechanism, a stirring system, and various functional nozzles.

    Working principle
The operating principle of a distillation‑type high‑pressure reactor is to place the reaction solvent in the inner vessel for stirring and reaction, while the jacket can be connected to various heating or cooling sources—such as refrigerant, hot water, or thermal oil—to provide circulating heating or cooling.

    Product Categories
    1. Classified by structural design: single-layer reactor, double-layer reactor, triple-layer reactor, internally jacketed reactor, and externally jacketed reactor.

    2. Classified by heating method: steam-heated reactor, electrically heated reactor, and thermal oil–heated reactor.

    Product Applications
Distillation‑equipped high‑pressure reactors are widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical, rubber, agrochemical, and dye industries.
