Storage tanks are widely used for the blending and storage of fluid materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, dairy, personal care, and bioengineering. Customization is available upon request.

Features
1. Storage tanks are classified as: vertical storage tanks and horizontal storage tanks; single‑wall tanks, double‑wall tanks, and triple‑wall insulated tanks.
2. Depending on the storage capacity, tanks range from 50 to 30,000 liters; for tanks with a capacity of 20,000 liters or more, outdoor storage tanks are recommended. The tank material is made of imported SUS304 stainless steel.
3. The storage tank features excellent thermal insulation; the insulation material is either high-temperature‑resistant, aging‑proof polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.
4. The vessel is equipped with a level gauge, an air breather, a thermometer (dial‑type or digital display), a CIP cleaning port, a sight glass, an explosion‑proof inspection light, a liquid level indicator, a sterilization port, inlet and outlet ports, and a manhole, among others.
5. The interface adopts an internationally standardized quick‑release chuck design.
6. Designed to meet hygienic standards, with a highly user-friendly structural design that ensures convenient operation and hygienic liquid storage.
7. Constructed from SUS304 and SUS316 materials, the vessel’s internal surface is mirror-polished, while the external surface can be finished in various ways—polished, brushed, or sandblasted—according to customer requirements.
