  • Product Overview

The QHS‑type beverage mixer is used to carbonate and proportionally blend various carbonated beverages—such as lemonade, cola, and fruit juices—by combining water, syrup, and carbon dioxide. It is a key piece of equipment in complete beverage production lines, particularly serving as an essential component for the manufacture of mid‑range and premium‑grade beverages.

    Product Features

    (1) This unit incorporates advanced technology from the chemical industry—the static mixer (also known as a carbonator)—which offers a large gas–liquid mass-transfer surface area, low pressure drop, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and a simple structure. In addition, it is equipped with a multi-stage centrifugal pump that delivers reliable performance and minimal noise, ensuring the overall system’s optimal operation.

    (2) The mixing ratio is precise and easily adjustable; this machine allows for convenient adjustment of production output and the syrup-to-water ratio without the need to replace any components.

    (3) This unit employs carbon dioxide reflux deoxygenation, which both conserves CO₂ gas and achieves the desired deoxygenation, resulting in excellent pre-carbonization of the deoxygenated water.

    (4) This machine allows for convenient adjustment of carbonation levels; simply perform the appropriate operational adjustments to meet the desired carbonation requirements of the beverage.

    (5) This machine is equipped with a sophisticated automatic control system, offering advantages such as coordinated operation, a simple structure, continuous production, and a high degree of automation.
    (6) This equipment is equipped with an in-situ cleaning process, featuring a well‑designed structure that facilitates chemical disinfection, thermal sterilization, and rinsing with clean water, thereby complying with the requirements of food hygiene regulations.
