Classification of Plate-Type Pasteurizers

Semi-automatic configuration: The operation process is under semi-automatic control. Operators can control the pumps, valves, and recirculation functions from the control panel. A temperature‑controlled PID system maintains the sterilization temperature, which is continuously recorded by the data logger.

Applications of Plate-Type Sterilizers

This pasteurizer is designed to meet the process requirements for heating, sterilizing, holding at temperature, and cooling heat‑sensitive liquids such as fresh milk, fruit juices, and alcoholic beverages.

Main configuration of the plate-type sterilizer

This unit comprises a material balance and conveying system, a plate heat exchanger system, a material piping system, a hot water piping system, a steam piping system, a hot water heating system, an automatic material reflux system, as well as an automatic temperature control and electrical control system.
